Q:I'm Traveling to Germany, Netherland, Belgium and France from 5/26 to 6/16. How can I purchase a plan for all 4 countries?

The plans will generally cover you anywhere outside your home, with the exception of a few countries that can be found under "geographic restrictions" under each plan. To let you know, none of the countries you have listed are restricted under any plan in the Travel Outside U.S.A. section of the website. You would be welcome to run a quote there, and choose the country in which you will be spending the most time in or the country you arrive to first, either is permittable. Q:Changing place of residence from NC to VA. Any change on extension of policy?

No, you would still be welcome to extend your plan. Please be advised that if they are living and residing in the US they are not eligible for these plans. If you simply meant that they are changing locations, or that the person who lives here is moving, no update is needed. If you have any questions please let us know.

Q:In case I need to cancel my trip premature for whatever reason, can I get my Insurance premium for the balance period, pro rata basis..Simply put I have taken insurance for 3 months and return after 2 months , can I get refund for 1 month ..... and how it gets calculated .....

That will depend on the plan. Most plans have either a $50 or $25 cancellation fee, and you will receive a pro-rated refund for the number of days left as long as there are not claims on file. If you have any additional questions please let us know.
